The meeting was convened at 8:00 pm.

Present:Commissioner Jim Coffin, Commissioner Barbara Bedell, Chief Mike Harris, Commissioner Clyde Duke .  Also present  was Rich Davis, Attorney by conference phone.

The Chair, Jim Coffin, reviewed the purpose of the meeting being to discuss pending issues with legal counsel in accordance with RCW 42.30.110(i).

The meeting was adjourned to Executive session at 8:01pm

Came out of Executive session at 9:20pm

No action taken in Executive session

Reopened Special session at 9:21pm

No action taken after reopening Special Meeting

Adjournment: 9:25pm
