The meeting was convened at 7:30 pm.

Present: Commissioners Clyde Duke, Barbara Bedell and Jim Coffin; and recording secretary Lindsay Schirmer.

There is no consent agenda for this meeting.

Cayou Valley Water Agreement- Commissioners review the Water users agreement draft to correct grammar errors on contract.

Station 24- 2 broken windows of Station 24 will need to get completed before the remaining 5,000.00 of the 25,000.00 retainage fee is given to Wellman and Zuck.

Interlocal Agreement- Jim Coffin will make final modifications of Fire Marshal Interlocal agreement draft and will ask Paul Turner to circulate draft to the rest of the committee.

Commissioners discuss reintroducing quarterly reviews for all divisions.
